Fall Art Exhibitions: Global Perspectives from Brussels to New York

This fall, artists invite us to consider the fragility of systems—ecological, emotional, and historical. From Brussels to Beirut, and across Los Angeles, Paris, and New York, these fall art exhibitions reveal how materials, memories, and human connections continue to shape the art of our time. As the season unfolds, anticipation builds for Art Basel Paris 2025 (October 24–26), returning to the renovated Grand Palais and deepening the dialogue between France’s avant-garde legacy and the global art scene.

Chilean artist Alfredo Jaar transforms the gallery’s grand nave into a space for reflection on extractive industries and ecological responsibility. La Fin du Monde focuses on the world’s most valuable minerals—cobalt, lithium, platinum, and others—framing them as symbols of both technological progress and planetary peril. Jaar’s architectural precision and moral clarity merge to question what humanity owes to the Earth.
